Title IX Intake System

Case management at UH

Title IX Intake System platform is a coordinated development between DCDC and the Office of Institutional Equity to strengthen the University’s response to Title IX related issues across all UH campuses. The case management system streamlines the case administration process to ensure efficient, timely, and consistent responses and data reporting across campuses. Due to the evolving nature of Title IX federal requirements and institutional best practices, the intake system also facilitates adjusting institutional processes with minimal case disruption.

As a homegrown solution, the Title IX Intake System is significantly less expensive to maintain than current proprietary offerings while being easily extensible to related institutional case management. The platform is currently being extended to manage Human Resources administrative events with two additional expansions in discussion. Finally, the platform’s layers of digital protection and authorization training further enhance existing security practices.
